Jefferson curl with weight
Stand on a step with your toes at the front edge, holding a weight in front of your body with straight arms.
Curl your spine, vertebrae by vertebrae, starting from your neck.
Let the weight pull you downwards, keeping your arms relaxed.
Keep your knees straight, but not overextended.
Uncurl back to the starting position.
Perform this exercise in a gentle manner.
