Isometric thumb radial abduction - palm down and hand on table

Place your hand on a table, palm down.
Use your opposite hand to resist when you try to move your thumb out from your index finger along the table.
Aim to keep the end and the knuckle joint of your thumb straight or only slightly bent during the exercise.
