Isometric shoulder internal rotation (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Place a ball between your knees.
Place your forearms on the outer side of your thighs and pull your shoulder blades back and down.
When ready, push the palms of your hands into your thighs as though trying to bring your hands together.
Hold this position for the duration as instructed by your therapist.
