Start by sitting on the floor with legs bent. Lean back so that only your lower back and buttocks touch the floor. Keep one leg bent, straighten the other leg close to the floor and keep arms by your sides. Keep your neck long and chin tucked in.

Hold the hollow position and start rocking on the spot.
