Hips Side to Side on Exercise ball
Sit relaxed on a ball with hands in your lap, feet hip-width apart.
For safety, you can start with a corner behind you but not quite touching the ball to the wall.
Move your hips from side to side, keeping your head in the center.
Use a mirror initially to help maintain head in neutral.
