Hip Extension with Exercise Band

Lie face down on a bench or a table with your hips hanging over the edge and toes supported on the floor. One end of an exercise band is secured firmly to the bench/table and the other end around your foot.

Pull the band by straightening your hip using your buttock muscles. In a controlled manner, return to the starting position.

Note: Keep your back in a neutral position (abdominals active).
