Hip Adduction in Supine with Resistance Band

Start by lying on your back with your legs bent and feet flat on the floor. Have an exercise band attached to your side and looped around the same side knee. Let the knee drop to the side and adjust your distance from the band attachment, so that the band is tightened.

Against the resistance from the band adduct your thigh and bring the knee towards the midline. In a controlled manner let the knee open back to the side and repeat.
