Lie on your side with your residual limb underneath you.
Bend your sound knee with your foot on the floor behind you for support.
Ensure your upper body is in a comfortable position.
Keeping your body stable, lift your residual limb up towards the ceiling.
In a controlled manner, lower your leg back onto the floor.
