Single-leg stand with hip flexion and running arms - Version 2

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and with your arms by your sides.
When ready lift one knee forward, aiming to bring it level with your waist.
Simultaneously, swing your opposite side arm forward and your other arm backward, mimicking a running motion.
Then return to the starting position and repeat.
