Stand up straight in the water with the wall in front of you.
Rest your elbows onto the poolside, supporting your body weight.
Bend your knees, lifting your feet off of the floor, and cross your ankles.
Rest your thighs against the wall.
Rotate your lower trunk, turning both knees to one side, then tuck them in towards your chest.
Lower your legs back to the starting position and repeat to the other side.
