Hand and Finger Flexion on Table
Finger exercise to pump away swelling round the knuckle joints. Hold the fingers round a pen using the last joints of the fingers, and hold the knuckle joints straight. Bend in the knuckle joints, then stretch out again with the pen in a firm grip.
