Gross Motor Planning Star Jump
Stand with your legs together and your arms by your sides.
Jump into the air, landing with your feet shoulder width apart and your arms in a 'ten to two' position.
Jump into the air again, bringing your feet back together and your arms by your side.
Repeat until a rhythm is obtained.
