Grabbing a cup
Prepare a plastic cup.
Place the affected arm and hand flat on the table.
NOTE: Keep the wrist as straight as possible.
Firmly grasp the cup.
Let the cup go again, and place your hand back on the table.
Repeat 5 times
VARIATION: Do the exercise with other objects, such as a tube or a bottle.
