Glute stretch in supine (adaptive)
You can perform this exercise with or without your prosthesis.
Lie on your back with your legs straight.
Bring the knee of the affected leg towards your chest, helping with your hands.
Hold this position.
Relax and return to the starting position.
You can either hold in front or behind your knee depending on comfort.
