Glenohumeral Positional Control Shoulder Extension (JEMS)

Start: Stand upright with your weight centred in your feet. Gently lengthen the back of your neck. Place your other hand on the front of your shoulder to monitor its position. Bend the elbow of the working arm.
Movement: Without moving your shoulder forward or upward, move your elbow backwards.
