Full weight shift without support - anterior/posterior shift (adaptive - AKA)

Stand between the parallel bars with your arms by your sides and one leg placed in front of the other.
Transfer your weight from one leg to the other, moving your trunk and pelvis forward and backward.
Take support, if needed.
Switch legs and repeat.
