Forearm Stretching (on table)
Stand up next to a table that is your hip height.
Place the back of your hand on the table and turn the arm inwards so that your fingers point away from you.
Slightly transfer weight on the wrist.
Hold the position feeling the stretch in the back of your forearm.
Required equipment: Table, Adjustable plinth/bed
