Foot on Ball Circles

Stand with one foot on a ball, you can stand in front of a corner so that the walls will provide support if you lose your balance. Try not to touch the wall with your hands.

Roll the ball under your foot. Keep the leg you are standing on straight and relaxed, don't bend your knee to try to stabilize. Keep your trunk upright and arms relaxed.

You can do this exercise with your eyes open or closed following your therapists guidelines.
