Finger PIP joint flexion PROM

Sit upright in a chair.
Place your affected arm on a table with your palm facing down and the middle joint of your affected finger hanging over the edge.
Use your other hand to try to bend the middle joint of your finger as far as it can go.
Try to keep the rest of your hand flat while doing this exercise.
Hold this position.
