Finger MCP joint flexion/extension - palm down
Sit upright in front of a table.
Place your weaker arm onto the table with your elbow bent and your palm flat.
Keeping your fingers straight, arch up your knuckles and draw your finger tips toward you.
Hold this position before sliding them back away from you.
Aim to keep your elbow, shoulder and body still during the exercise.
