Finger DIP joint flexion - passive
Sit upright in a chair.
Place your affected arm on a table, holding the forearm up with your wrist straight and fingers relaxed.
Using your other hand, hold your knuckle and middle joint straight.
Use your index finger on the opposite hand to bend the tip of your affected finger as far as you can manage comfortably.
Hold this position.
