Exercise Band Upright Row with Shoulder Press


Stand tall with an exercise band placed under your foot. Hold the ends of the band in both hands, palms facing inwards and arms by your side.

Pull the band up and bring your elbows out to the side. Keeping the elbows in place, rotate your arms outward and bring your hands pointing to the ceiling. Then press your hands straight up. Lower down in the same way in a controlled manner.
