Elevated Narrow Push Up

Stand and lean forwards onto a table with straight arms, hands shoulder-width apart and elbows facing back. Align and lengthen your body through the heels to the top of your head.

In a controlled manner lower your chest close to the table. By pressing through your hands, push your body back up.

Note. Keep your elbows close to your sides.
