Eccentric knee extension in supine

Lie on your back and lift the feet off the ground by bending your hips and knees.
Straight the knee of the affected leg by the opposite leg.
Take the opposite leg away and slowly lower the foot of the affected leg.
Repeat, ensuring you use the effort of your unaffected leg each time to lift your other foot up.
