Dynamic Lunge Rotation (Medicine Ball) (JEMS)
Start: Start with both feet together, holding a medicine ball at belly height.
Movement: Step forward with one foot and lower your body towards the floor. Keep your knees and hips facing forward and your body upright. As you step forward, turn your shoulders in the direction of the forward leg. Press out from the foot and return to the start position.
