Decline board reverse crunch, V2

Lie on your back on a decline board with your arms overhead holding on to the top of the board.
Your hips should be supported on a foam roll.
Bend your knees until they are bent to a 90° angle.
Breathe out and contract your abs to bring your knees up towards your chest, raising your hips off the floor.
Hold briefly, then slowly lower your legs back to the starting position.
