Cutting bread with a knife

Prepare a chopping board, a knife, and a loaf of bread.
Hold the knife firmly with one hand.
Use your other hand to keep the bread in place, so that it does not move.
Practice cutting with a knife.
Utensils with thick handles are easier to hold.
The grip can be enlarged with cylindrical foam padding.
