Curl ups (adaptive) - without prosthesis

Lie on your back with your legs straight.
Cross your arms over your chest and relax your lumbar spine against the floor.
Breathe in, and then as you exhale curl your upper body and lift your shoulders off the floor.
Keep your lumbar spine on the floor.
In a controlled manner return to the starting position.
