Begin in combat stance: In a lunge, the front leg points straight forward and back leg points slightly to the side. Position hands (palms facing each other) near the chin with elbows bent to the side. Keep tall through the back.
Twist from the hips and trunk and hit with the elbow across the body in the direction of the front leg. Breathe out with every hit and breathe in on the recovery.
Quickly move back to the starting position.
