Copenhagen hip adduction exercise - with lower leg hip adduction

Lie on your side with the leg you would like to exercise on top.
Your upper body is supported on your forearm with your elbow straight under your shoulder.
Place the foot of the top leg on a sturdy platform, such as a chair.
Lift your hips up so that you have a straight line from your body through to your elevated leg.
Hold this position while lifting your lower leg up towards the elevated leg and lowering it back down.
