Clean Squat Press

Stand with feet hip width apart. Grip the handle with one hand. In the starting position knees are slightly bent and the Kettlebell is between your legs.

First swing the Kettlebell back through your legs. Keep neck and back lengthened. Then swing the Kettlebell up by straightening your hips.
Keep elbow close to your torso and pull the Kettlebell up close to your torso.
Squat. Keep the Kettlebell between the upper arm and forearm (the rack position).
Push off (jump) while taking the Kettlebell towards the ceiling.
