Sit in a swivel chair.
Close your eyes and rotate the chair 3 times so that you feel dizzy. Stop the chair and keep your eyes closed. Count up until the dizziness resolves. Your goal is to have the dizziness resolve within 15 seconds. If 3 spins makes you too dizzy, start with one spin, stop and count as directed above, then increase to 2 spins then to 3 as you are able to tolerate the dizziness.
(When the dizziness resolves after 3 spins within 15 seconds you have met your goal.)
