Candlestick Leg Lifts
Lie on your back and hold on to something stable above your head.
Flatten lower back against the floor and lift your legs. Curl your trunk, lift your hips and reach upwards with your feet. In a controlled manner segment by segment lower your trunk and hips back on the floor. Keep lower back flat against the floor and lower your straight legs back on the floor.
