Calf raise - balancing on stability ball with UL
Stand up in front of a stability ball.
Bend your hips and place both hands on the ball.
Slowly transfer your weight onto the stability ball and raise your heels off from the ground.
Make sure you maintain your body as steady as possible during this exercise.
Slowly lower your heels down to return to the starting position.
Repeat the movement.
