Cable machine shoulder internal rotation, 90 degrees
Lie on your back with your head towards the cable machine and legs out straight.
Bring your elbow away from your hip until it is aligned with your shoulder (90 degrees).
Grasp the handle of the cable machine.
Keeping your elbow in place, rotate your hand down towards the ground against resistance.
Hold briefly and then return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
