Ensure the pulley is at its highest point with the rope attached.
Stand facing the machine and grasp the rope with both hands by reaching with your palms forward and then rotate your wrists, thumbs upwards.
Lunge backwards onto one knee keeping your arms straight.
Pull the rope towards your head, keeping your elbows at shoulder height at the same time pushing your chest out.
Make sure not to hunch your shoulders.
Slowly return to the neutral position.
