Cable machine eversion

Sit to the side of a cable machine with your leg straight out in front of you, foot hanging over the end of a step or small box.
The instep of your foot should be facing the cable machine.
Place the ankle attachment around the foot.
Keeping your leg still and your knee facing up to the ceiling, rotate your foot out, away from the machine.
Hold briefly and then allow your foot to rotate back towards the machine in a controlled manner.
