Bridge with ball squeeze - alternate knee extension v1
Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the plinth/bed.
Take a ball and squeeze it between your knees.
Maintaining this squeeze throughout the entire exercise, lift your hips up keeping them level.
Then straighten one leg lifting the foot off the ground keeping the ball in place.
Slowly lower the foot down and repeat with the other leg.
Required equipment: Ball - small, Adjustable plinth/bed
