Sit up straight in a chair.
Rest your arm to be stretched down by your side.
Rotate your arm inwards so that your palm faces out and the back of your hand touches your knee.
Take your other hand over and clasp your fingers together.
Keeping your arm to be stretched relaxed, gently use your other hand to bring your fingers up towards you, bending at the wrist.
You should feel a stretch down the front or side of your elbow.
Hold this position for the suggested duration, and then relax.
