Brachial Plexus, Cervical Lateral Flexion Tensioner

Starting Position:
Lie on your back with head and arms relaxed but supported.

Assistant / therapist manually moves the head sideways into lateral flexion away from the affected side and then back to neutral. Keep the other joints still. Alternate between these two positions.

The technique should be painless.
The movements should only be taken to the point where the patient begins to feel something.

Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed
