Bounding (quickly) - wide steps - left and right

Place ten cones on the ground in front of you, equidistant apart, as shown in the diagram.
Start next to cone one facing cone six.
This exercise is to be performed quickly.
Jump towards cone two landing on your left leg then quickly push off towards cone nine landing on your right leg then to cone four landing on your left leg and cone seven landing on your right leg and finally to cone six.
Repeat.
