Bouncing a ball standing on a wobble cushion
Stand up straight with a wobble cushion in front of you.
Hold onto a strong support surface if required.
Step onto the cushion.
Try to gain your balance.
Once you have got your balance try bouncing a ball down onto the floor.
Required equipment: Ball - small, Wobble cushion / foam
