Bottoms-up Kettlebell Serratus Punch
Lie on your back with legs bent.
Hold a kettlebell in one hand, arm straight, the bottom of the kettlebell pointed up.
Lift your shoulder off the floor and press the kettlebell straight up.
Keep rest of the body still and elbow straight.
In a controlled manner, return to the starting position.
