Bird dog with stick

Start on hands and knees.
Place a stick on your back, along your spine to remind you of the correct position.
Tighten your pelvic floor muscles and gently pull your lower stomach in.
Lift your opposite arm and leg.
Keep your trunk flat, do not let your hips rotate or your back bend.
