Bird dog ipsilateral side

Start on your hands and knees with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
Find a neutral position with your spine flat.
Gaze just in front of your hands and tighten your abdominal muscles.
Holding this position, straighten your arm ahead while simultaneously straightening the leg on the same side directly behind.
Try and minimise the movement of your body.
Bring both arm and leg back into the starting position.
Straighten both limbs out again, before returning them both to the floor.
The aim of this exercise is to have as minimal movement in your body as possible.
