Bilateral shoulder abduction in standing - elbows at 90 degree

Stand up straight with a resistance band anchored under your feet.
Hold the ends of resistance band in each hand.
Pull the resistance band and raise your arms by your side with your elbows at 90 degree.
Return to the middle by tucking your elbows to your sides while maintaining your elbows at a right angle.
Repeat the movement.
