Bilateral arm serratus anterior punch
Stand up straight.
Raise both arms horizontally in front of you.
Keeping your arms straight, punch your arms forwards, reaching from your shoulder blades.
Your body should not bend forward.
Bring your arms back to the starting position, and then repeat at a moderate pace.
