Bent Arm Front Raise with Exercise Band

Stand tall, arms by your side with elbows straight. Place one end of an exercise band under your foot and hold the other end with one hand. Bend your elbow to 90 degrees and rotate your arm slightly outwards.

Keeping the elbow bent, lift your arm to shoulder level. Return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
