Barbell step-up with knee drive

Hold a barbell across the back of your shoulders and stand upright in front of a box.
Step onto a box with one leg, ensuring your entire lead foot is on the box.
Forcefully extend your lead hip and knee to move up onto the top of the box.
Bring your trailing knee through and flex your opposite hip to 90 degrees.
Stand erect and pause before beginning the downward movement phase.
Reverse the movement pattern to return to the starting position.
