Banded side steps with band around the mid foot

Place an exercise band loop around the midfoot of both of your feet.
Stand upright with your hips and knees slightly bent and with the slack taken off the band
Start taking small steps to your side whilst keeping your feet and toes pointing straight forwards.
Maintain the tension on the band as you go.
